Who we are
AZ Web Labs builds websites for local businesses. We are based at Office 126, Concorde Park, Concorde Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 4BY. For anything about your data, email 1AZWEBLAB@gmail.com or call 07836 326722.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, trade, the areas you cover, your WhatsApp number or email, and anything you write about the work you want.
- Live chat: your messages, the page you sent them from, and the WhatsApp number or email you give us.
- Analytics: only if you click Accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages visited, device type, rough location). Nothing is switched on if you choose No thanks.
- Your cookie choice is saved in your own browser so we don't ask again. Change it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to build the free preview you asked for, and to work with you if you become a client. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and on taking steps you have asked for before a contract. We may also contact a business using contact details it publishes itself, such as its Google listing, to offer a free preview. If you would rather we didn't, tell us and we won't contact you again.
Who handles it for us
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. These services store or deliver them on our behalf: Netlify (hosting, forms and chat messages), Google (our email inbox, and Analytics if you accept it) and Cloudflare (site delivery and security).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them unless you have become a client. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
